Naming

First Floor

The property is situated in the exclusive residential neighborhood of Funtanacia in La Villa, only a 3-min drive from the village center and about 800 m from the main cableway, Piz La Ila.

 

The airport of Bolzano is reached in a little over an hour (65 km), while the larger international airports of Innsbruck (130 km), Verona Valerio Catullo (210 km) and Venice Marco Polo (170 km) can all be reached within two to three hours by car or private shuttle service.

Raised as the son of an Architect and an Interior Designer, Kevin grew up in an entrepreneurial environment in Alta Badia and has inspected development sites, worked in the Family hospitality business and built relationships with the local community and international clients alike since a young age.

Designing, developing and marketing homes has always been part of the discussion growing up. In return, he has an excellent understanding of high-end finishes, top-tier construction and quality architecture.

 

Kevin spent over 10 years abroad and is fluent in 6 languages. He holds a BSc in International Economics, Management & Finance from Bocconi University and 3 master’s degrees, including one in Real Estate Finance from Europe’s #1 Real Estate Management Institute. After his time in Silicon Valley, Beijing, and São Paulo he returned to Europe to build a Property Technology company in The Netherlands (exit in 2018) and then spent 4 years at the international real estate brokerage Savills in London, Frankfurt, and Berlin, transacting over € 1 Billion across asset classes and geographies (2018-2021).

 

Today Kevin runs CASTLUNGER Real Estate, and works alongside his father, Dr. Arch. Karl Heinz Castlunger, developing exquisite luxury homes and hotels in the Dolomites and at Lake Garda.
